• We recommend and will add a 2″ border around all edges to the size you choose. Keep this in mind when customizing your stencil below (if you want your cutout to be 5″, with the overspray border it will be total 7″)

• This custom stencil maximum single sheet size is 36″x50″

• To order one large stencil, broken into easy to manage 36″x50″ pcs, just order on this page and send us your art file, we’ll break it apart for you and adjust your order total after your approval.

1) Choose the size of the stencil

Select a size that works best for your stencil by entering the height x width in the product size box.

2) Select the kind of stencil

Select weather if your stencil is Text only, Logo only, or Both logo with text.

3) Enter any additional information needed

Add any special instructions for your custom stencil in the special instruction box (i.e 2" letter height "KEEP DOOR CLEAR" 3 lines stacked).

4) Continue to upload files

Continue with your order by selecting the continue button, this will ask you to upload any files needed for your order. Upload any .pdf files of your logo or artwork or you can proceed without uploading any files.

5) Proceed to checkout

Continue to checkout with your stencil order, enter in your payment information and place the order.

6) Proof your order

Once your order is placed we will get started with setting up your proof for the stencil. A proof will be sent to you in a little as one hour to 24 hours for more complex artwork stencils.

7) Ship your order

Once the stencil is approved it goes straight to production, the stencil is boxed up and will ship from our location the same day or following business day from when the proof is approved.
